I'm having some trouble launching the newest update. It doens't seem to get past checking 'Game.app' (I'm on a MacBookPro). I didn't have this problem with the previous updates... Any advice?
Fair enough ;). Not that much of a gamer, using this old and faithful friend (2011) for music, DJ-stuff, Ableton etc. Nevertheless, haven't had any problems with playing the updates before this one though. Any (helpful) ideas?
did you unzip to a new folder? i find on windows that the game would unzip without a containing folder being created.. so for me, when i unzip it into "games", i get all the game files mixed in with the other game folders, creating file-name and directory conflicts from other games. when it asks where you want to unzip, make sure you create a new folder to unzip into.
To follow up with, Ghryst’s comment, if you’re ok with using the Terminal app, macOS “.app files” are really just specialized folders, so you can use command-line tools like rsync to update all the newer files. I’d only recommend it if you’re still having trouble with the update.
Remember, macOS is built on top of an offshoot of FreeBSD, so many of the tools for it also work for your Mac.
Guys help when i open the safe in the curch in father Solomons room it tells i completed the chapter but I've missed some secrets and i can't do anything else. What to do? I tried to talk to every character and help them but same thing
The controls, such as there are, on this game absolutely suck ass. Esc to open phone. Click Scene Player. How do you leave this screen? You have to walk out the exit. WTF? How are you supposed to figure this out? How hard would it be to have the word EXIT at the bottom of the screen?
How do abort the scenes? If you start watching a scene and have decided you no longer want to watch it, what can you do? I have no idea.
Patreon is usually a couple months ahead, he releases free after a couple months on itch. Once the game is complete, he puts it for sale on Steam. I don't really like subscription for this kind of game, so I just play free then buy once it hits Steam, because his games are absolutely worth paying for and the one-time price is reasonable.
I don't know if the creator hangs around here, but I have to say, that I prefered treasure of Nadia.
I feel that in ToN there was more body types and the womens were more different from one another. In TGO, I feel that a lot of them look alike and they pretty much all have the same body type. I wish you would vary it more.
If you're running the latest version, then you can either wait for the next public (free) release here or subscribe to them on Patreon and get the absolutely latest version.
Stuck on v21041. I have done everything but the oracle tells me to talk to strangers. I have opened all chests, spoken to the strangers, and completed all exclamation marks but can't progress to the next part... what do I do?
the oracles says: you have finished the chapter but missed out on a few secrets. dont be afraid to talk to strangers
I love this game and would like to progress more please help
